Private Yoga Session

Restorative Yoga at the Yoga Den

Treat yourself to a private yoga session. This can be either online or in person at the Yoga Den in Corona, California. During the session we will work together on your specific needs within the realm of your body's current state. This includes strategies, tips, and a plan for continuing your yoga practice safely.
